Yardie Creek, located in the southern end of Cape Range National Park, is renowned for its breathtaking gorge featuring vertical red limestone cliffs. Visitors can embark on the Yardie Nature Walk, a 1.2 km return trail offering panoramic views of the gorge, creek mouth, and Ningaloo Reef. For a more adventurous experience, the 2 km Yardie Gorge Trail provides deeper exploration into the gorge's beauty. Boat tours are available, allowing guests to navigate the creek and observe local wildlife, including the threatened black-flanked rock wallaby and various bird species. The area is equipped with picnic tables shaded by tamarisk trees, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. Please note that dogs are not permitted in this park, and entry fees apply.
