Shelley Beach is the most visited area within the park, accessible by two-wheel drive vehicles. The beach is flanked by massive granite boulders and offers a picturesque setting for visitors. Adjacent to the beach is the Shelley Beach Campground, which provides basic facilities including picnic tables and toilets. This campground is suitable for tents and small camper vans but is not suitable for caravans or camper trailers. Campfires and solid fuel appliances are prohibited, but campers can use their own liquid or gas fuel barbecues, stoves, and heaters unless a total fire ban is declared.
For those interested in paragliding, the Shelley Beach Lookout features two purpose-built platforms for hang gliding and paragliding enthusiasts. The lookout offers panoramic views of the coastline and is a popular spot for both activities. The area includes a parking lot with 21 vehicle bays, though there are no toilet facilities at this location. The nearest accessible toilet is located at the nearby Shelley Beach Campground, approximately 1.6 km by road.
Visitors can also explore the park's sandy four-wheel drive tracks, suitable for high-clearance vehicles, or embark on sections of the Bibbulmun Track, a renowned long-distance hiking trail. The park's diverse landscapes and activities make it a must-visit destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.
