Walpole-Nornalup National Park, located approximately 430 kilometers south of Perth, is renowned for its ancient tingle forests, particularly the Valley of the Giants. This area is home to the famous Tree Top Walk, a 600-meter elevated walkway that reaches heights of 40 meters, providing visitors with a unique perspective of the forest canopy. The park also features the Ancient Empire Walk, a ground-level trail that meanders through some of the giant tingle trees, including the 400-year-old Grandma Tingle. Other notable attractions include Conspicuous Cliff, Monastery Landing, and John Rate Lookout, each offering picturesque views and opportunities for picnicking. The park is accessible year-round, with facilities such as picnic tables, parking, and accessible paths. Please note that pets are not permitted within the park.
