Victoria Park (Ballarat)

Victoria Park is a huge and diverse park that serves as a major recreational space for Ballarat. The park is crisscrossed by a network of walking and cycling tracks that wind through magnificent avenues of mature oak and elm trees. It is a hub for community sport, with numerous ovals and other facilities. A highlight is the inclusive adventure playground, which is designed for children of all abilities. The park has extensive picnic and barbecue areas and large, designated off-leash areas for dogs, making it extremely popular for a wide range of activities. Entry is free.
