These picturesque spots are ideal for swimming, diving, canoeing, and fishing.
The reserve holds significant ecological importance as it is home to several endangered species, including the critically endangered Gilbert's potoroo and the noisy scrub-bird, both once thought extinct. The reserve's primary purpose is to protect the mature coastal vegetation that these rare animals rely on for survival. Additionally, three threatened species of cockatoo utilize the reserve, highlighting its role in preserving diverse wildlife.
Visitors can explore the reserve via the Baie des Deux Peuples Heritage Trail, a 5-kilometer return walk that offers stunning coastal views and leads to Little Beach. For those with four-wheel-drive vehicles, the Sinker Reef Track provides access to Sinker Reef Beach, known for its magnificent coastal vistas. The Two Peoples Bay Visitor Centre offers information about local history, wildlife, and recovery programs for threatened species. Facilities within the reserve include picnic areas, gas barbecues, and parking. However, there is no drinking water available, and camping is not permitted. Entry fees apply, with standard vehicle entry at $17.00 per vehicle. Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the park. The reserve is accessible year-round, with the visitor centre typically open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm during the summer months.
