Tone-Perup Nature Reserve is a secluded 56,000-hectare area in Western Australia's South West, renowned for its extensive jarrah and wandoo forests that provide habitat for some of Australia's rarest mammals, including numbats, chuditch, woylie, quenda, ringtail, and brushtail possums. The reserve is also home to various bird and reptile species.

Visitors can enjoy a scenic drive along the Boyup Brook - Cranbrook Road, especially during spring when the wandoo forest is adorned with wildflowers. While the reserve offers limited facilities, there is a low-key picnic area at Heartlea equipped with picnic tables and a toilet. Please note that Perup - Nature's Guesthouse is currently closed.

For safety, it's important to be aware that the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions conducts 1080 baiting in this area to reduce the impacts of feral cats and foxes on native wildlife. Meat baits containing 1080 poison are laid in or around this area on an ongoing basis. 1080 is poisonous to humans and will kill domestic cats and dogs. Pets are not permitted in this park.
