Pipemakers Park

Pipemakers Park is a fascinating blend of history, culture, and nature, located on the site of a former meat cannery and later, a pipe factory. The park has retained many of its historic industrial buildings, which now house the Living Museum of the West. The parklands slope down to the Maribyrnong River and connect to the Maribyrnong River Trail, making it popular with walkers and cyclists. The park also features wetlands, a playground, and excellent picnic and barbecue facilities. It's a unique park that tells the story of Melbourne's industrial past. Dogs are welcome on a leash.
