Patterson River County Park

Patterson River County Park is a vibrant recreational corridor built along both banks of the Patterson River, Melbourne's busiest boating gateway to Port Phillip Bay. The park features an extensive network of sealed and unsealed trails, making it extremely popular with walkers, runners, and cyclists. It's a hub for water-based activities, with numerous boat ramps, jetties, and fishing platforms. The parklands have excellent facilities, including multiple picnic and barbecue areas, playgrounds, and an equestrian trail. It's a fantastic spot for watching the boats go by and enjoying the riverside atmosphere. Large sections of the park are designated off-leash areas for dogs. Entry is free.
