Napier Park is a 10-acre reserve bequeathed to Essendon Council in 1920. It preserves remnant River Red Gums and grassy woodland, showing what much of the area looked like before settlement. It has walking paths, benches, and interpretive signs, but few built facilities. The park is valued for its conservation of indigenous flora and fauna.
