The Meander Falls Track is a 10 km return walk located in the Great Western Tiers Conservation Area, approximately a 50-minute drive from Launceston or Devonport. The trail begins near the Meander Forest Reserve and follows the Meander River, ascending through lush wet forest to the stunning Meander Falls, which cascade steeply in two tiers through a cleft in the Great Western Tiers. The track is rocky and includes steep and muddy sections, making it suitable for experienced bushwalkers. Along the way, visitors can enjoy the rich biodiversity of the area, including various bird species and unique flora. The trailhead offers parking facilities and a bush toilet. Dogs are not permitted on the track. For more information, visit the Parks and Wildlife Service Tasmania website: (parks.tas.gov.au)
