The Lake Boga Foreshore is a vibrant hub for water sports, picnics, and history. The large freshwater lake is ideal for boating, water skiing, and fishing. The foreshore itself is a grassy reserve with walking paths, picnic and barbecue areas, a playground, and a boat ramp. A major attraction is the Flying Boat Museum, which commemorates the lake's secret role as a vital repair and service depot for Catalina flying boats during World War II. The foreshore provides a beautiful setting to relax and enjoy the lake. Dogs are welcome on a leash. Entry to the foreshore is free, but an admission fee applies to the museum.
