Rosedale-Stradbroke Rd, Rosedale, VIC 3847
Holey Plains State Park protects a unique area of Gippsland Plains Grassy Woodland. The park's sandy, nutrient-poor soils support a stunning variety of wildflowers, making it a spectacular destination in spring and early summer. The Long Sandy Creek section of the park contains the original Holey Hill, after which the park is named. A network of unsealed roads and tracks, including the Wildflower Drive, allows visitors to explore the different vegetation communities. The park is suitable for bushwalking, camping, and nature observation. The main picnic and camping areas have basic facilities. Dogs are permitted on-leash. Entry is free.
