Gwydir River National Park

Gwydir River National Park is a protected area along the river's path, important for its ecological diversity and contribution to the wider river system. No established public visitor facilities or marked recreational walking tracks are published by NPWS for this park. Activities in the wider Gwydir Shire often center around Reflections Holiday Park (Copeton Dam) or town-based facilities. Parking & Fees: Entry to the park is free.
