Falls Creek Alpine Resort

During the summer months, Falls Creek offers an incredible alpine experience. The resort provides access to the vast Bogong High Plains, with a network of over 65km of walking trails. These trails range from easy village strolls to challenging all-day hikes to historic cattlemen's huts or the summit of Mount Bogong. The area is famous for its stunning wildflower displays from mid-summer. The resort village has cafes and facilities available. While access to the trails is free in summer, a resort entry fee is charged for all vehicles during the declared winter snow season. As it's located within the Alpine National Park, dogs are not permitted.
