Enfield State Park
Enfield, Goldfields, VIC
Misery Creek Rd, Enfield, VIC 3352
Enfield State Park protects a large area of heathy woodland on the foothills of the Great Dividing Range. The park is particularly spectacular in spring when the understorey erupts in a stunning display of wildflowers, including a wide variety of native orchids. An extensive network of tracks makes it popular for bushwalking, horse riding, and four-wheel driving. The park is also dotted with remnants of the gold rush era. There are several picnic and camping areas, such as Surface Point, which offer basic facilities like wood barbecues and toilets. Dogs are permitted on-leash. Entry is free.
