Emerald Lake Park

Emerald Lake Park is a premier tourist attraction and beloved local park. The park is set around two picturesque lakes, where visitors can hire paddleboats for a leisurely float. A key highlight is the Lakeside station for the Puffing Billy Railway, allowing visitors to arrive by steam train. The park has over 10km of walking trails that wind through native bushland and beautiful gardens. It is exceptionally well-catered for families, with numerous picnic and barbecue shelters, a wading pool (seasonal), a model railway exhibit, and multiple playgrounds. While entry to the park is free, parking is paid. Dogs must be kept on a leash.
