Dergholm State Park is a peaceful forest park in the far west of Victoria. The park is renowned for its magnificent stands of old-growth forest, particularly its River Red Gums along the Glenelg River. A key feature is Baileys Rocks, a collection of giant, billion-year-old granite boulders that create a unique landscape. The park is ideal for quiet bush camping, bushwalking, fishing, and four-wheel driving. The picnic area at Baileys Rocks is a lovely spot with wood barbecues and tables. The park offers a true sense of remoteness and natural beauty. Dogs are not permitted. Entry is free, but camping fees may apply.
