Cranbourne Botanic Gardens (Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria)

The Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria at Cranbourne is a dedicated Australian native garden that has won numerous international awards. The centrepiece is the Australian Garden, which features a breathtaking series of designed landscapes, including the iconic Red Sand Garden, that interpret different regions of the country. Beyond the Australian Garden, the site includes a vast area of remnant bushland and wetlands with over 10km of walking tracks. The gardens are a fantastic destination for families, with interactive displays, a rockpool waterway for summer splashing, and excellent picnic and barbecue facilities. There is a cafe, gift shop, and visitor centre on site. To protect the flora and fauna, no pets are allowed. Entry is free.
