Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse Reserve, located in Western Australia's Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park, is renowned for its historic 20-meter-high lighthouse built in 1903 from locally sourced limestone. The lighthouse, now automated, offers a white beam visible for 26 nautical miles, flashing twice every 10 seconds. Visitors can explore accessible sections of the Cape to Cape Track, a world-class trail featuring over 1 km of timber boardwalks and seating, suitable for wheelchairs and prams. The Whale Lookout Walk Trail, a 2.4-kilometer loop, provides stunning coastal views and is the most popular trail from the lighthouse. Facilities include picnic tables and accessible parking bays, with the nearest accessible toilet located approximately 55 meters from the car park. The area is a haven for birdwatching, especially during whale migration seasons, and offers opportunities for fishing and swimming. Dogs are not permitted in the reserve to protect local wildlife. The reserve is free to enter and is approximately 92 kilometers south-west of Bunbury, accessible via Cape Naturaliste Road.
