Cape Conran Coastal Park

Cape Conran Coastal Park protects a long stretch of coastline known for its stunning natural beauty and cultural significance. The park features a diverse range of environments, from windswept sandy beaches and rocky headlands to heathlands and banksia woodlands. The East Cape boardwalk offers fantastic coastal views and information about the area's Aboriginal history. The park is very popular for camping, with the Banksia Bluff campground providing direct beach access. It's also a great spot for fishing, surfing, and rock pooling. While entry to the park is free, fees apply for camping. Dogs are permitted on-leash in some areas, including the campground, but not on all beaches.
