Burrowa-Pine Mountain National Park

Located in Victoria's Upper Murray region, this park is a paradise for adventurous bushwalkers and botanists. It is home to Pine Mountain, the largest granite monolith in the southern hemisphere, which requires a challenging hike to reach its summit but rewards with incredible views. The park boasts remarkable biodiversity, with over 500 native plant species, some of which are found nowhere else. The Bluff Falls is another key attraction, cascading over granite rocks. The park has several picnic and camping areas with basic facilities. Visitors need to be self-sufficient as the park is remote. Dogs are not permitted. Entry is free.
