Banksia Park sits along the Yarra River and provides extensive open space for recreation. Facilities include picnic tables, BBQs, shelters and a large adventure playground. Bushland walking trails connect to the Main Yarra Trail. The park is named for its native banksia grove and is adjacent to the Heide Museum of Modern Art.
